Leza Raffel

As Director of Strategic Thinking, Leza Raffel believes that data is power, and that is should be used to drive strategic decisions forward. That is why she has earned a stellar reputation for conducting membership feedback surveys, focus groups and visioning sessions. Always objective and always insightful, Leza leads clients into a deep dive into who they are versus who they truly want to be. Then she shows them what critical steps must be taken to get there. She loves the wide diversity of the organizations served by Association Options. Leza holds a B.S. in Communications from Ithaca College. She also serves as a Professional in Residence at Ithaca College, where she is invited one week each semester to teach classes in strategic and crisis communications.
