The new board guide for the summer and remainder of 2020 is titled Leadership, Governance, and Pandemic Recovery. It is 40-pages, free, offering guidance and hope for economic rebound with innovative ideas on how to reimagine the board room. To address the pandemic, it offers five additional topics for recovery.
The language instantly transported me into the board room where change happens within any nonprofit organization. Pairing board governance with recovery makes for a practical handbook that should be at every nonprofit leaders’ desk. In the format of a PDF it is easy to circulate to leaders as organizations are forced to work remotely.
Suitable for both those serving on boards and committees as well as the professional staff teams. Author Bob Harris, CAE, with colleagues, shares years of experience to support governance excellence in uncertain times.
